Review : Penny University Artisanal Coffeehouse

It's been awhile isn't it, that I type something interesting lately. I shall not bother you about my absence coz you know it's gonna be the same over and over again. Shall skip that!
I thought I give my little review on a Cafe which I recently went to try out the food since I heard so much review on and I know talking about food makes a lot of people happy. oh why not right?!
The discovery of this place was by my fellow Instagrammers, noticed that they love to post all this "#foodporn" on their IG. Oooh of course and people like me just virtually drool on how nice the food is. My fellow Instragrammers who read this I am sure you know who you are! Because of you I went all the way to find Penny University Artisanal Coffeehouse.
Brought the whole family down to try out, since we already had dinner we wanted something sweet instead. We reach around 7ish pm and sadly a lot of the sweet delights are almost finish. If I knew better I would have came early instead. But we did manage to try out a few nonetheless.
Well the ambient of the whole place was nice but I felt that it can do better to get the concept right.
Here are the list of pastries we had:
Grasshopper Mint Pie
Eggnot Pie
Ice Cream Sandwich
Shepard's Pie
Hot Chocolate
I gotta say their pies are nice but we sadly were not able to try more stuffs since almost everything else was sold out when we reach there. Someone actually recommended me to try their cupcake but it's was all gone. But I really like the Grasshopper Mint Pie thou just becoz chocolate and mint goes very well and it's a personal favorite.
My rating for this place is 3 / 5
It was worth the try and the only think they could improve was on the size of the drink, we just thought it's a little too small of a size.
If you are wondering how to get to this place it's very easy from opposite Eunos MRT Station just take bus number 15 and drop off 1 stop before the bus turn in to Marine Parade. Do check out the http://www.pennyuni.com/ for more details coz I am just bad at direction anyway.
Oh! I heard from Instragrammers that their breakfast are nice but I have yet to try it, maybe just maybe I will try who knows?!
